What documents are required to rent a car?
If you are permanently registered in the European Union, you must provide a valid ID card and driver’s license. Customers from other countries must provide us with a passport and international driver’s license.
Are the cars insured?
All rental cars include Civil Liability and Full Auto Casco insurances (traffic accident, theft, fire and natural disasters, without financial responsibility for damage caused by someone else’s fault).
What are the payment methods for your services?
You can pay by bank card or cash on the spot, when you pick up the rental car or in advance by bank transfer.
Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes. If you wish to change or cancel your car reservation after you have confirmed it, please call +359 89 9799766 or contact us at the contacts listed on the Contacts page.
Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?
You can pick up the car from our office at 213 Knyaz Boris I Street, Sofia. We deliver cars to any point in the city of Sofia, you can reserve a car from us and receive it and return it to Sofia Airport.
If you have reserved a car for more than 5 days, we can deliver it to you free of charge to a place of your choice, for a period of 2 to 5 days, delivery and collection of the car are charged at €10 each. The car must be returned to the agreed place.

Do you deliver cars outside Sofia?
Yes of course. We can deliver a car to any place of your choice in Bulgaria and neighboring EU member countries, of course for an additional delivery fee.

How do I rent a car?
Choose the car you want to use, choose the period for which you want to rent it and specify the address for receiving and returning the car. After which we will contact you to confirm your booking.

Is fuel included in the rental price?
We will provide you the car with a full tank, when you return the rental car it must also be with a full tank of fuel. When returning a car with missing fuel, you will pay for the missing fuel, plus a one-off fee of €10, for the service of refilling the car’s tank for you.
We recommend that you mainly use gas stations from well-known chains, such as Shell, OMV, Rompetrol, EKO or Lukoil.
Can I travel with your car abroad?
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age is 21 years, the driver must have a license for at least 2 years. Tenants who do not meet these requirements pay a “Young Driver” fee of €6/day and a double deposit. Restrictions may apply.
Do I have a toll-vignette included in the price?
Yes, the car rental price includes road tax – vignette for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Is there a fee to pick up/return a car outside of business hours?
There is an “Out of Hours” fee of €10 for service between the hours of 18:00-22:00 and 07:00-09:00. The amount of the service fee between 22:00-07:00 is €20.
Can I rent your car from Sofia Airport?
Yes of course. When you make a reservation, indicating the pick-up location Sofia Airport.
Our employee will meet you and take you to the car of your choice. You will sign a contract and he will introduce you to the equipment of the car. Do not hesitate to ask the necessary questions to facilitate the use of your rental car.
Are there any maps in the car?
In the times we live in, we try to provide you with modern rental cars with built-in monitors where you can connect your smart phone. If you need a separate navigation or road map, please do not hesitate to ask us.
